Global EHS Principle Safety Engineer

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Risk Management, Business, Information Systems, or a related technical subject area, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. 10+ years of experience in EHS, operational safety, safety engineering, risk management, enterprise program management, or other high-hazard industry environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in safety performance management, including target governance, metric development, data quality management, trend analysis, and performance reporting.
• Experience leading complex multi-functional programs or portfolios, including planning, governance, dependency management, risk mitigation, and executive partner engagement.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders, communicate complex technical concepts, and drive organizational improvements through teamwork and technical expertise.
• Preferred Qualifications Master's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Safety, Risk Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CSP, CIH, PE, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, CEng, or equivalent.
• Experience supporting global operations within semiconductor manufacturing, advanced manufacturing, chemical processing, construction, utilities, or other high-hazard industries.
• Knowledge of safety performance measurement methodologies, statistical analysis, benchmarking, data visualization, and program effectiveness assessment.
• Experience with enterprise EHS, incident management, audit, risk, or performance management systems, including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, ServiceNow, SQL, or similar platforms.
