FG Business Analyst (AT)

What You'll Do

• spanning troubleshooting, process improvement, and project execution.
• This role operates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment , requiring strong problem-solving capability, good initiatives, responsiveness to operational issues, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Key Responsibilities 1.
• Production Support & Issue Resolution Monitor, analyze, and resolve SAP issues reported by global FG/WH users within agreed response timelines Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with IT for resolution of complex issues Provide on-call support, including occasional weekend standby for critical operations 2.
• SAP Enhancements & Process Improvement Act as liaison between FG business teams and IT for system enhancements Gather user requirements, support feasibility studies, and recommend optimal solutions Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance FG logistics operations 3.
• Project Execution Lead or participate in cross-functional projects (e.g., S/4HANA, warehouse, logistics initiatives) Support requirements gathering, design validation, testing, and deployment activities Ensure alignment with global process standards Implement AI into the SAP workflow, 4.
• Testing & Quality Assurance Perform system integration testing and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Ensure proper documentation and tracking of test results Support defect resolution and validation 5.
• Configuration & System Ownership Own and maintain SAP configuration and related to FG and WH operations Provide governance for SAP tables supporting FG distribution processes Sign off and approve Charms. 6.
• Reporting & Analytics Deliver reporting solutions and analytics to improve operational visibility Analyze data to identify automation and optimization opportunities 7.
• User Training & Support Provide end-user training and guidance to ensure effective SAP usage Act as subject matter expert for FG SAP processes 8.
• Documentation Document system logic, processes, and transaction usage Support design documentation and process standardization Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills Strong knowledge of SAP SD / Order-to-Cash processes, including: Deliveries, shipping, pick/pack/palletize Material master, order types, STO Experience managing SAP configuration tables Ability to read ABAP code and knowledge in writing ABAP code is an added advantage Experience in debugging and understanding SAP database table Experience in ingesting and managing Hana and Snowflake database Leverage Agentic AI, applying Artificial Intelligence into workflow is a requirement Project management skills is an added advantage.
• Functional & Business Skills Strong understanding of FG and WH, logistics and distribution processes Ability to translate business requirements into system requirements Strong analytical and problem-solving capability Experience Bachelor’s degree in Process, Engineering, Operations, or related discipline 1–2 years of relevant SAP/S4 experience in similar capacity in recent years.
