Fab15 Quality Engineering (QE) – Deviation Management (DM) Engineer

What You'll Do

• Lead continuous improvement of Process Quality by enhancing deviation management processes and tools. •Collaborate with Fab organizations and R&D to align deviation management practices across areas. •Benchmark and align deviation management processes with worldwide organizations. •Build strong partnerships with Global Quality groups to ensure consistent quality standards. •Assist in developing training materials related to deviation management for department personnel. •Contribute to establishing a positive and safe working environment aligned with Fab15 values. •Work with Deviation Management Manager to maintain appropriate staffing levels to meet customer expectations.
