• (Candidates are not required to meet all criteria) Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for documentation, data organization, and technical presentations.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, including email correspondence, technical documentation, and collaboration with global stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset that challenges the status quo and continuously seeks improvement opportunities.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work closely with stakeholders and perform appropriate escalation when facing complex issues.
• Interest or experience in building operational quality, such as procedure development and standardization of abnormal recovery.
• Experience with statistical tools such as AI, JMP, and programming languages such as Python for data analysis and automation.
