About This Role

  • Employee Relations & Equality (ERE) Specialist Employee Relations Responsibilities Conduct ERE related investigations of Disciplinary, Performance and Grievance related matters and bring it to a logical conclusion.
  • Socialize decision with key stakeholders and execute the agreed actions.
  • Manage Labor Compliances through empaneled vendor to ensure all compliances are met and gaps are highlighted to company.
  • Update case management tool with all ERE cases & upload all necessary documents related to the case.
  • Prepare and maintain all paperwork related to ER cases and decisions.
  • Provide ERE advisory to people managers on day-to-day people queries and issues.
  • Create a repository of queries and resolution to be shared with larger ERE teams as best practice sharing.
  • Respond to employee’s day to day ERE queries/issues related to policies, procedures through PeopleNow (Service Now) tool.
  • Design and Deploy ERE Engagement calendar to keep abreast with people issues and pulse of people both through formal and informal channel Provide ERE & labor related consultation to internal stakeholders.
  • Schedule & deliver ERE related sessions and trainings to all employees.
  • Prepare reports, provide data analysis as per requirement.
  • Remotely support global or regional ER activities and processes which can be centralized and performed offshore in India.
  • Requirements Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • Higher education in HR preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in Employee Relations handling Policy queries, Disciplinary, Grievance and Performance related matters, terminations in a matrixed organization.
  • Good excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to create meaningful reports and presentation as desired by the department.
  • Good understanding of Indian labor law and practices across the country.
  • Attention to detail, strong sense of urgency, high standard of compliance and Work Ethics and passionate for work.
  • Good interpersonal, communication, investigation, and negotiation skills, with a good command of written and spoken English.
  • Able to travel for work on short notice to any Micron location in India, should the need arise.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and analytics to identify trends in employee relations cases, policy queries, grievances, and engagement feedback, enabling proactive risk mitigation and data-driven decision-making.
  • Utilize AI-enabled case management and knowledge management solutions to automate documentation, streamline query resolution, generate insights, and enhance the efficiency and consistency of Employee Relations processes.
