What You'll Do
- Lead the planning, execution, and schedule management of semiconductor fab Hook-up (secondary distribution) projects.
- Coordinate all phases of tool installation, including Move-in, Pre-Hook-up, Hook-up, and Turn-on activities.
- Collaborate closely with Facilities (FAC), Manufacturing Engineering (ME), Construction, Industrial Engineering (IE), Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Review Hook-up engineering designs, BIM models, and construction plans to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and production requirements.
- Manage project schedule, construction quality, cost, and risk issues to achieve key project milestones.
- Lead on-site issue resolution, interface management, and resource coordination across multiple stakeholders.
- Drive QA/QC verification, testing, commissioning, acceptance, and system handover activities.
- Develop, standardize, and continuously improve Hook-up procedures, construction standards, and training programs.
- AI & Digital Competency Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-powered tools, data analytics, and digital technologies to enhance project planning, engineering execution, risk management, and operational efficiency.
- Experience in applying AI-assisted solutions for design review, project controls, workflow automation, knowledge management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong commitment to driving digital transformation and fostering the adoption of innovative technologies across engineering and construction teams.
