ENGINEER, MTB QE OPS

What You'll Do

• Perform Nanoindentation, material properties evaluation, and Physical Failure Analysis (PFA) to aid in resolving production issues and advancing R&D development.
• Link materials, product structures, processes, and failure mechanisms to establish analysis methods, monitoring standards, and quality control mechanisms.
• Work together with various groups to advance problem-solving and guarantee seamless implementation.
• Participate in the development of Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLM, and AI Assistant applications to support quality digitalization, knowledge management, and intelligent search.
• Integrate manufacturing, quality, and engineering data to promote intelligent analysis and process automation.
• Work Schedule Regular day shift: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00.
• No shift work required.
• Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
• Established experience in resolving engineering issues, evaluating data, conveying technical information, and cooperating with various departments.
• Basic understanding of semiconductors, HBM, or advanced packaging.
• Experience in Nanoindentation, material analysis, or PFA or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Preferred Additional Skills Familiarity with AI applications and digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to compete and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
