Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, materials science, or equivalent practical experience 2+ years of experience in semiconductor metrology, process engineering, or CAD-based recipe development Experience with CAD tools and metrology platforms such as SEM or CD-SEM Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience with waferless metrology workflows or recipe automation Knowledge of semiconductor process flows and critical dimension control Experience with SPC or data analysis tools such as JMP or Excel Scripting or automation experience using Python or similar tools Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing environments As a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
