Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Industrial & Systems Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Operations Management, Information Systems or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work across teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Power Query, or other data analysis and reporting tools.
• Demonstrated interest in process improvement, operational excellence, analytics, automation, digital transformation, or manufacturing operations.
• Self-motivated learner with the ability to adapt to changing business priorities and technologies.
• Preferred Qualifications Relevant work experience in capital planning, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, finance, project management, process engineering, or business operations through full-time roles, internships, university projects, or academic programs.
• Familiarity with process mapping, Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement methodologies, or project management practices.
• Experience with data visualization, reporting, dashboard development, automation, AI tools, or analytics solutions.
• Exposure to enterprise systems such as SAP, Power BI, Tableau, AI-enabled productivity tools (Copilot, Claude etc.), SQL, Python, or similar technologies is an advantage.
• Knowledge of AI, automation, machine learning, process mining, intelligent workflow solutions, or advanced analytics applications Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
