• Install, calibrate, and perform preventive maintenance (PM) and change-overs on semiconductor test and lab equipment ​ Support, repair, and upgrade production equipment to keep tools running effectively and efficiently ​ Diagnose faults and troubleshoot advanced machine-failure mechanisms and frequency through root-cause analysis to restore equipment quickly ​ Minimize equipment downtime and improve repair-cycle time through preventive maintenance and continuous improvement in reliability and uptime ​ Partner with supervisors and engineers on quality, reliability, and Empowerment & Autonomous Maintenance team activities ​ Apply AI-powered analytics for predictive maintenance and early anomaly detection on equipment ​ Leverage AI-assisted diagnostics and automation to speed troubleshooting, knowledge sharing, and team training Need to through AI-enabled ways to strength and improve the work efficiency and accuracy.
