Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in: Industrial Engineering Electrical Engineering Computer Science Data Science Information Systems Statistics Mathematics Operations Research Related Engineering disciplines 1+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Semiconductor Manufacturing Production Planning & Scheduling Manufacturing Engineering Industrial Engineering Factory Automation Data Analytics Preferred Qualifications Experience leading cross-functional projects.
• Experience working in semiconductor manufacturing environments.
• Experience with production control, scheduling, capacity planning, or factory operations.
• Experience driving continuous improvement projects with measurable business impact.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and production constraints.
• Experience collaborating with multiple organizations and stakeholders across global sites.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Self-driven mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong ownership and ability to influence without direct authority.
