Dry Etch Process Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering or science-related field Senior Engineer or higher with previous leadership experience and a minimum of 5 years direct Dry Etch experience Proven track record of leading small and large teams toward common goals with a successful history of prior leadership Ability to set and measure short and long-range goals for a large team or department Demonstrated experience in building and developing teams Proven ability to lead multiple complex projects Strong knowledge of manufacturing team structure, standards, and processes Preferred Qualifications: Strong organizational and prioritization skills Excellent data analysis, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills Experience and/or interest in developing Agentic AI workflows into current or future processes As a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
