DRAM Product Engineer - Mobile Product

What You'll Do

• and Tasks Product Engineering for Low Power DRAM (LPDDR) products supporting Mobile, Automotive, and Data Center applications Develop and maintain test flows to ensure specification compliance and to improve yield and quality throughout NPI and HVM phases Perform failure analysis through data mining, tester analysis, and silicon characterization Support NPI activities, including bringup, characterization, and crosssite handover Own LPDDRspecific validation items (e.g., power, timing margin, IDD, trainingrelated behaviors) Support yield ramp and issue containment during early production phases Required Skills Strong electrical testing skills using ATE platforms Solid Electrical Engineering fundamentals Experience with data mining and yield analysis Programming capability: Python is preferred Familiarity with LPDDR architecture and JEDEC specifications is a strong plus Experience in test data analysis automation or scripting is highly desirable CrossFunctional Collaboration Partner closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Marketing organizations Work with Micron Memory Japan and US Product Engineering teams Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Process Integration, Application Engineering, and Test Solutions teams Participate in crosssite technical alignment and handover between Taiwan, Japan, and other global teams Education Required: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science Desired: Background in VLSI, Semiconductor Physics, or Nanotechnology Preferred: Japanese language capability is a plus Successful candidates for this position will have: Proven ability to drive projects independently and deliver results Strong problem solving mindset with innovative thinking Good multitasking and organizational skills, with a servant leadership approach Ability to work effectively in a fast paced NPI environment with evolving priorities Strong communication skills for technical discussions and stakeholder alignment About Micron Technology, Inc.
