Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or related field Knowledge of CMOS devices, semiconductors, and integrated circuits Experience with silicon testing, fault diagnosis, and post‑silicon validation Experience with data analysis for yield optimization and failure prediction Preferred Qualifications: Experience with hardware debug Knowledge of power delivery and signal integrity for silicon testing Experience supporting probe or front‑end test development in a manufacturing environment Demonstrated ability to train and mentor engineers and improve team processes As a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
