DRAM Design Validation Engineer

About This Role

• As a Validation Engineer for DRAM Compute Products , you will be supporting the preparation, execution, and analysis of silicon validation tests to ensure product functionality, quality, and reliability.
• In this role, you will work closely with multi-functional teams to identify silicon issues, improve validation coverage, and contribute to ongoing validation efforts related to DRAM-based computing solutions.
• Key Responsibilities Prepare and implement validation tests and hardware setups for silicon testing.
• Analyze validation results to ensure correctness, completeness, and appropriate coverage.
• Identify, categorize, and document silicon issues in a clear and structured manner.
• Support investigation of functional and margin‑related test results.
• Collaborate with Design and Validation teams to address software and hardware limitations during validation activities.
• Communicate validation findings effectively and support root‑cause analysis efforts.
• Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Approximately 2 years of confirmed experience in validation, testing, silicon bring‑up, or related engineering roles.
• Understanding of circuit‑level concepts, including simulation and debug fundamentals.
• Solid understanding of C, C++, and/or Python .
• Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of DRAM architecture and functionality .
• Experience or exposure to Python‑based validation scripts or test automation .
• Familiarity with validation environments, coverage concepts, and lab or tester equipment.
• Ability to contribute to expanding validation scope through functional and margin testing.
