DMTS, OMT Process Engineering

What You'll Do

• Optimizing unit processes and throughput Implementing novel process control strategies Collaborating with suppliers to achieve benchmark performance Prioritizing continuous improvement initiatives Driving equipment roadmap alignment Success in this role requires close collaboration with technology development, procurement, industrial engineering, and capital equipment suppliers.
• You will also build and lead cross-functional teams that support early product development through to full qualification and ramp-up.
• Occasional domestic and international travel may be required.
• Responsibilities for Process Engineering SMTS/DMTS include (but not limited to): Own critical taskforce, take ownership of critical initiatives, and leading multi-functional technical team to drive new tech node yield roadmap.
• Collaborate closely with process integration, technology development, and local yield teams to improve new technology.
• Guide and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and career development.
• Foster a new way, seeing opportunities for process improvements that align with innovative product requirements while optimizing costs.
• Develop a fundamental understanding of process engineering and its impact on overall process health.
• Provide engineering support to internal team members and senior leadership.
