Director US Site Procurement Operations

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience managing large-scale procurement, supply chain, or operations organizations. 12+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably supporting High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) environments. 5+ years of experience in a global operations, procurement, or supply chain leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience establishing operational metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and leading strategic transformation programs.
• Proven proficiency in AI, automation, and data-driven decision making, with experience leading AI-enabled business transformation initiatives.
• Preferred Qualifications 5-10 years of semiconductor process and equipment knowledge.
• Experience implementing AI-enabled procurement solutions, human-in-the-loop workflows, and intelligent process automation.
• Strong executive collaborator management skills with experience influencing senior leaders across global organizations.
• Track record of leading large-scale operational transformation and cost optimization initiatives within manufacturing environments.
• Experience managing global teams and driving standardized solutions across multiple regions and functions.
