Director, CMBU Product Management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field 10+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry with product management or product development responsibilities Proven experience developing product strategies and managing products across the full lifecycle Demonstrated success leading direct teams and influencing cross-functional organizations Strong business acumen, executive communication skills, and customer-facing experience Preferred Qualifications: MBA or Master’s degree in Management, Engineering, or a related field Experience with DRAM products, memory technologies, and datacenter memory solutions Knowledge of AI infrastructure, AI accelerator architectures, and emerging memory requirements for AI workloads Experience serving as a spokesperson with customers, partners, or industry forums and presenting to senior executives Demonstrated understanding of agentic AI workflows and their implications for future memory solution strategies The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is: $170,000.00 - $353,000.00 a year Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.
