Design Verification Engineer

What You'll Do

• Will Include: Develop and implement verification plans, test scenarios, patterns, and regressions to achieve coverage goals.
• Debug design and verification issues, perform root-cause analysis, and help drive issues to resolution.
• Analyze functionality and timing requirements to support comprehensive verification coverage.
• Support bug tracking, coverage closure, and verification signoff for assigned work.
• Partner with design engineers and multi-functional teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Develop scripts and automation solutions to improve verification efficiency and productivity.
• Contribute to the execution of verification strategies for new product features.
• Share technical knowledge and collaborate with peers, seeking guidance from experienced team members as needed.
• Education & Experience Vital for Success: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, or Master's degree or equivalent experience, in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a similar field.
• Solid understanding of CMOS circuits and semiconductor fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with digital and/or analog verification methodologies.
• Working knowledge of SystemVerilog, UVM, SystemVerilog Assertions (SVA), and verification techniques used to measure test completeness.
• Working proficiency with simulation and verification tools such as SpectreFX, Xcelium, Verilog, and other industry-standard tools.
• Experience with scripting and automation using Python, Perl, or similar languages.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills in a global engineering environment.
• Experience with Cadence and Synopsys tools is valued.
• Experience in DRAM, memory products, or semiconductor verification is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering tools and a commitment to adopting AI-enabled ways of working to improve engineering efficiency, accelerate problem-solving, and support continuous innovation is highly desirable.
