Construction Program Manager - Cost Specialist, Global Facilities US

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of experience in construction cost controls, capital financial planning, or financial analysis Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost accounting, and financial reporting principles Demonstrated analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights Effective communication skills with ability to influence partners and leadership Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting large capital projects in semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or oil & gas industries Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms Experience with SQL or data management for cost analytics Track record of modernizing processes through automation and data-driven insights Professional certifications such as AACE, CCM, RICS, or PgMP As a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
