Construction Program Manager - Commissioning

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field 8+ years of experience in capital project delivery, commissioning, or construction management Technical fluency across process facilities systems, including HVAC, process utilities, electrical, and controls Experience developing and deploying program-level commissioning standards and performance frameworks Strong understanding of semiconductor industry standards and commissioning startup planning, turnover processes, and cleanroom or high-tech facility system validation Preferred Qualifications Experience in large-scale capital programs (semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, pharmaceutical, oil & gas, or similar) Knowledge of ASHRAE Guidelines and Standards.
