Construction Operations Lead

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Program Management, or a related field 8+ years of experience in construction, program management, capital projects, business operations, strategic planning, or a related subject area Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives and influencing outcomes across multiple collaborator groups Experience supporting senior executives, managing executive communications, and driving organizational priorities to completion Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, advanced manufacturing, critical facilities, or large-scale capital construction projects MBA or advanced degree in a technical or business-related field PMP, CCM, or similar professional certification Experience supporting executive leadership teams within construction, engineering, or large project organizations Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, Power BI, SharePoint, reporting platforms, AI-enabled productivity tools, and executive reporting systems As a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
