What You'll Do
- You will play a critical role in ensuring design quality, constructability, schedule alignment, and successful project delivery from concept through construction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field 8+ years of experience in engineering, design management, facilities engineering, construction engineering, or capital project delivery 2+ years of experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams, project teams, or engineering consultants through influence in a matrixed environment Experience managing or overseeing third-party A&E firms, engineering consultants, or specialty design partners Strong understanding of engineering design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project delivery processes Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting semiconductor fabrication facilities, cleanrooms, advanced manufacturing, data centers, pharmaceutical facilities, or other mission-critical industrial projects Experience delivering complex facility, utility, infrastructure, or manufacturing system designs Experience with constructability reviews, design change control, multidisciplinary model coordination, and commissioning support Working knowledge of Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Procore, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms Professional Engineer (PE), Registered Architect (RA), PMP, CCM, or similar professional certification Experience applying AI-powered tools to improve design management, project coordination, risk identification, document review, and engineering decision-making As a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
