Communications Specialist, HBM Engineering

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 4+ years of demonstrated ability in corporate communications, internal communications, executive communications, public relations, content strategy, or a related field Exceptional written, verbal, editing, and presentation skills Demonstrated ability to simplify complex technical or business information into clear, engaging content Experience collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment Experience using generative AI and digital communication tools to support content development and improve workflow efficiency Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the semiconductor, memory, technology, engineering, product development, or other highly technical industries Experience supporting global organizations across multiple cultures, functions, and time zones Experience leading communications for organizational changes, business transformations, or major program achievements Experience developing communication plans, executive presentations, newsletters, intranet content, and large-scale team communications Familiarity with Microsoft 365 collaboration and communication tools, including PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Copilot As a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
