• Participants can expect accelerated exposure to a selection of Micron’s business unit organizations in a variety of capacities relative to business operations, corporate strategy, and other sectors critical to Micron’s success as a business.
• What the Program Offers? The program offers motivated , new college graduates the ability to build a solid foundation for a successful career by experiencing high impact , challenging rotational assignments.
• Over the course of 1 2 months , you’ll have the unique opportunity to gain both cross-functional and cross-business unit experience through t wo ( 2 ) 6-month assignments before permanent placement into a role that aligns with your new-found career interests.
• Roles Including but not limited to the following areas: Product Planning Business Operations Outbound Marketing Technical Marketing Corporate Strategy Product Management How We’ll Help You Grow and Develop? During the program, we’ll support you in accelerating your own development by: Giving you the foundational tools to set-up early-career professionals for success, Providing you with ongoing coaching, feedback, and mentorship from a diverse and supportive network of talent Fostering a peer network to engage with, learn from, and build lasting relationships with Helping you reflect on yourself and key learnings to help you chart your future and fast-track your career Skills Required : C andidates should demonstrate the following: Quick-learner, ambitious, and adaptable Self-starter who is motivated and energized to work in ambiguous and changing e nvironments Proactive, problem solver who is analytical and data-driven Action-oriented and capable of delivering results in new and challenging situations Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse types of people Likes working independently and as part of a team Has high ethical standards and strong character Day to day tasks: Conceptualize and create analytics to support planning processes, and executive decision making Collaborate with key stakeholders and functional experts, across Technology, Supply Chain, BUs, Engineering, and Sales teams, to integrate key datasets into analysis workflows, dashboards etc.
• Conduct business case and/or scenario analysis supporting ad-hoc Executive requests Coordinate specific meetings within the monthly planning processes (S&OP, Product Roadmap planning, etc.) to drive alignment across stakeholders Outline process improvements to drive efficiencies in existing product/operational planning processes Assist finance and business operations teams to create revenue, margin, cashflow projections associated with the operational plan Translate Business Unit requirements into a product/manufacturing strategy and create a plan which achieves those objectives Influence and participate in the BU-driven portfolio review meetings to shape roadmap decisions Conduct market research towards developing marketing forecasts, enabling GTM strategies, etc.
