Advanced CMOS Device & Process Integration Engineer

Requirements

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, Applied Physics, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of semiconductor devices and standard CMOS transistor operation.
• Fundamental knowledge of MOSFET device physics, including threshold voltage, drive current, leakage current, short-channel effects, and capacitance.
• Basic understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment.
• Preferred Qualifications Internship, research, or project experience related to CMOS devices, DRAM, logic devices, semiconductor processing, or electrical characterization.
• Experience with experimental design, statistical data analysis, or semiconductor parametric testing.
• Familiarity with FinFET, Nanosheet, Gate-All-Around, or advanced CMOS technologies.
• Basic programming or scripting experience.
• Experience using AI-assisted coding, analytics, or documentation tools in a responsible manner.
• Experience presenting technical results to engineering teams.
