What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with customers to review custom qualification requirements and develop comprehensive qualification plans for Connectivity and Switch products.
  • Partner with Business Unit and Operations teams for NPI requirements planning and technical risk assessments.
  • Work with external vendors to develop next-generation stress capabilities and build strategic capacity for future qualification programs.
  • Manage multiple concurrent product reliability qualifications from planning through execution, debug, and closure.
  • Coordinate internal and external engineering resources and materials to support qualification program execution.
  • Analyze stress and readpoint data to evaluate reliability performance across Logic, Memory, and Analog Core IPs.
  • Review and analyze ESD/HBM/CDM/Latch-Up test results and provide actionable feedback to design teams for future improvement.
  • Author and deliver final qualification reports summarizing project findings, results, and reliability assessments for customers.
  • Develop and monitor reliability monitoring programs to establish MTBF, FIT rates, and other key reliability metrics.
  • Drive 8D troubleshooting and root cause analysis of qualification failures to improve product reliability and prevent recurrence.
  • What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline with 3+ years of relevant experience; or Master's/PhD with 2+ years of experience.
  • Familiarity with semiconductor stress testing methodologies in accordance with JEDEC standards (e.g., HTOL, HAST, HTS, TC, ESD, Latch-Up); familiarity with ESD/HBM/CDM/Latch-Up analysis and design feedback a plus.
  • Experience working with vendors on stress pattern bring-up, test execution, and test hardware design and build.
  • Familiarity with 8D methodology or structured root cause analysis for qualification failure investigation.
  • Ability to synthesize qualification data and author clear, customer-facing qualification reports.
  • Ability to independently drive and manage complex, multi-site qualification programs from initiation through closure, including scheduling, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Hands-on experience in product qualification and reliability testing; experience with advanced CMOS nodes and high-power products a plus.
  • Experience developing and monitoring reliability metrics including MTBF and FIT rate calculations is a plus Prior experience in program management is a plus Prior exposure to Smartsheet, PowerBI or similar is an asset Expected Base Pay Range (USD) 96,830 - 145,000, $ per annum The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions.
