Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, or related field with a proven track record of test development for high-speed RF products that have moved into volume production 10 years experience with RF/Mixed-Signal/Sipho IC test; specifically, in test engineering with focus on hardware and software design, yield improvement, test time reduction and manufacturing process improvements Skilled in software automation for semiconductor test using bench instruments (GPIB/Ethernet), PXI instrumentation, or standard ATE testers (Advantest, Teradyne).
- Strong familiarity in one or more of the following languages: Python, C, CVI, Labview Desired Skills: Good understanding of linear/limiting high-speed TIA’s and Drivers and their test and characterization using RF test equipment Excellent programming and automation skills demonstrated through rapid release of test solutions in a fast-paced NPI environment Hands-on wafer sort and handler experience for analog devices up to 67GHz.
- Good familiarity with de-embedding techniques for microwave test setups.
- Strong familiarity with test bench equipment, including, but not limited to, Network Analyzers, Sampling Oscilloscopes, Power Supplies and Power Meters, is required Experience with schematic capture, PCB layout, and 2D/3D CAD software for design review is strongly desired Self-motivated and action oriented Expected Base Pay Range (USD) 162,000 - 239,760, $ per annum The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions.
- The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
