Principle Product manager - Data Center Networking Software

What You'll Do

• Owning software product roadmaps for data center solutions Driving the roadmap closely with engineering teams Produce technical PRD's and MRD's for switching software Ability to make priority calls with deep technical knowledge of Data center deployments Analyzing market trends to identify new market opportunities Engaging with customers to share vision and direction of the portfolio Drive life-cycle management of software (from definition to End of Sales/End of Support) Act as an interface between the outbound product teams and engineering Preparation of marketing and technical product documentation used internally and externally Work closely with engineering to solve any blockers/issues.
• Work collaboratively with team members What We're Looking For Marvell Technology Group is looking for a Principle Product Manager to help define and manage Marvell switching software products and solutions.
• You will have an opportunity to work on some of the most cutting-edge semiconductor solutions for networking, storage and compute available today culminating in explosion of Generative AI.
• You will be part of a team responsible for defining the software feature set required to enable Marvell Ethernet Switching silicon in Networking solutions for Data Centers.
• You will work in a fast-paced environment with an experienced and highly technical team of product managers and engineers to solve a wide range of challenging problems.
• Required skills: Deep understanding of the Ethernet switching silicon, systems and software stack Knowledge in Data Center Networking deployments Experience with networking switching and routing technologies Experience in silicon data plane software, control plane and networking protocols Knowledge in DC scale-out, scale-up and frontend networks Ability to work both independently and in cross functional teams Strategic thinking and result oriented with wider scope of the business in scope Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Strong problem-solving skills, good at execution and great attention to details 7-8 years of experience in product management is a plus Minimum Education: BSEE, BSCS, or BSCE required, MSEE, MSCS Additional Compensation and Benefit Elements With competitive compensation and great benefits, you will enjoy our workstyle within an environment of shared collaboration, transparency, and inclusivity.
