  • What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will possess the following: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; Master’s degree preferred in Organization Development, Organizational Behavior, Education, or a related field. • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a training professional or performance consultant, with a proven ability to engage, educate, influence, and inspire diverse individuals and groups of stakeholders. • Minimum of 3 years in an engineering environment required. • Demonstrated capability of translating business objectives and insights into training and organizational development solutions. • Strong instructional background, systems thinking, and/or strategic planning experience. • Experience using AI tools and new technologies for solution design, development and analysis strongly preferred.
