- tracking across the organization • Deliver actionable insights to support sourcing strategy and executive reporting • Drive predictive and prescriptive analytics through advanced tools and AI Supplier Management, Risk & ESG • Design and govern Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) frameworks and segmentation models • Enable supplier collaboration, innovation, and performance management • Embed supplier risk, resilience, ESG, and responsible sourcing into procurement operations • Lead continuous improvement and change management across key procurement transformation initiatives Leadership & Collaboration • Act as a trusted advisor to Procurement leadership and executive stakeholders • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Procurement CoE team • Drive alignment and influence across a global, matrixed organization • Build organizational capability through playbooks, training, and change enablement programs What We're Looking For Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred • 12+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or business transformation • Demonstrated experience leading procurement governance, digital transformation, or CoE initiatives • Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills • Proven track record driving enterprise-scale change with measurable outcomes Preferred • Experience in the technology sector or complex global procurement environments • Deep knowledge of procurement platforms, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled procurement tools • Experience with supplier risk programs, ESG, and sustainability frameworks • Proven success operating in a global, matrixed organization Expected Base Pay Range (USD) 160,650 - 240,700, $ per annum The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions.
