- Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and schedule international & domestic shipments, including specialized handling for sensitive high‑tech equipment and inspection systems to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate with external service providers and relay key information to internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare all required shipping documentation for assigned regions or customers.
- Maintain and update department metrics.
- Assist with packaging of material for shipment as needed.
- Additional warehouse support duties which may include: packing material inventory checks/reorder, material kitting, movement of materials between warehouses.

Requirements
- AA degree with 4 years of experience in international shipping/traffic operations.
- Basic knowledge of U.S. export regulations and experience preparing export documentation.
- Basic knowledge of U.S. import requirements.
- Strong English skills (written and verbal).
