  • We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project/Program Manager to lead and support a portfolio of mature wafer inspection products.
  • This role will focus on extending product life and ensuring parts supportability to meet KLA’s business objectives while providing customers with expected tool availability and cost-of-ownership targets.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including product marketing, supply chain, product support, engineering, and finance, to develop and drive projects that ensure continuity of spare parts supply and support informed business decisions on product prioritization and investment.
  • Develop a strong understanding of supported products to make sound technical and business decisions, including support prioritization, project scoping, and funding requirements.
  • Decisions should be supported by ROI analysis and consider both business and customer impact.
  • Assess, mitigate, and retire risks effectively.
  • Present program updates and checkpoint presentations to senior and executive management.
  • Adapt to both agile and traditional waterfall project management models, demonstrating flexibility and the ability to adjust working methods as needed.
  • Leverage new and emerging technologies, including AI tools, to increase efficiency and productivity in planning, executing, and closing projects and programs, as well as managing portfolios more effectively.

Requirements
