- We're looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead strategic digital transformation initiatives across engineering and product development teams.
- In this role, you will drive cross-functional programs that improve engineering processes, accelerate technology adoption, and enable teams to deliver innovative products more effectively.

- Required Qualifications: Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Experience leading technical programs, engineering initiatives, or digital transformation efforts.
- Proven success managing cross-functional projects involving engineering, IT, and business teams.
- Strong program management skills, including planning, prioritization, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience driving process improvements, technology adoption, automation, or operational excellence initiatives.
- Ability to influence and build partnerships across multiple organizations.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
