Technical Engagement Manager (RAPID)

Requirements

• Strong background in semiconductor process technology, experienced knowledge of semi-conductor lithography process, and photomask (reticle) fabrication process • Master degree in Engineering/Science background. • 4-5 years of experience in mask pattern inspection field, manufacturing or equivalent combination of education and experience in process or applications engineering. • Good presentation and proficient in project management skill. • Able to work under stress, full of energy to own the team and able to confront multi-level challenges. • Deal with things proactively with accountability and insightfulness.
