Technical Engagement Manager

Requirements

• Strong background in wafer process flow, Inspection/Metrology control, and E-Beam technology. 5 years IC/Fab experience with KLA tool knowledge (E-Beam or Metrology experience is preferred; defect/inspection is also considered).
• Good Japanese/English interpersonal skills.
• B.A./M.S. in an engineering/science-based field.
• Good presentation and proficient in project management skill.
• Good business acumen with understanding of customer technical issue with customer-focus.
• Able to work under stress, full of energy to own the team and able to confront multi-level challenges.
• Excellence in leadership and execution.
• Deal with things proactively with accountability and insightfulness.
