Technical Engagement Manager (FaST)

Requirements

• Strong background in Advanced Packaging process flow and and CD/Film metrology control. 5 years IC/Fab experience with KLA tool knowledge (Film, SCD, etch, thin film is preferred; defect/inspection is also considered).
• Good Mandarin/English interpersonal skills.
• B.A./M.S. in an engineering/science-based field.
• Good presentation and proficient in project management skill.
• Good business acumen with understanding of customer technical issue with customer-focus.
• Able to work under stress, full of energy to own the team and able to confront multi-level challenges.
• Excellence in leadership and execution.
• Deal with things proactively with accountability and insightfulness.
