Technical Engagement Manager

Requirements

• Strong background in PCB, Panel process flow. 5 years PCB, panel related IC experience with KLA tool knowledge.
• Good Mandarin/English interpersonal skills.
• B.A./M.S. in Engineering/Science background.
• Good presentation and proficient in project management skill.
• Good business acumen with understanding of customer technical issue with customer-focus.
• Able to work under stress, full of energy to lead the team and able to confront multi-level challenges.
• Excellence in leadership and execution.
