Systems Manager

Requirements

• Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience. 15+ years’ experience in enterprise systems and platforms.
• Prior hands‑on experience as a developer and/or IT systems administrator.
• Proven experience leading: Enterprise system implementations and upgrades SaaS and platform transformations Strong familiarity with Content Management Systems and Learning Management Systems.
• Prior experience working in multinational companies in global roles.
• Excellent communicator with a bias for action.
• Go‑getter mindset—dynamic, proactive, and results‑driven.
• Operates comfortably at strategy + execution levels.
• Builds trust quickly across cultures, geographies, and functions.
