- Responsibilities: Support system and subsystem integration, testing, and characterization activities under guidance from senior engineers.
- Assist in defining and maintaining specifications to achieve reliable system performance.
- Participate in structured training programs to build product and technical knowledge.
- Support project activities by working closely with cross-functional stakeholders (engineering, manufacturing, marketing).
- Assist in design reviews and contribute to discussions with guidance from experienced team members.
- Support system architecture discussions and documentation with engineering and marketing teams.
- Help develop and execute test plans to validate system performance.
- Provide support to manufacturing and field service teams in investigating system or optics-related issues.
- Prepare and maintain clear documentation for design, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
- Provide regular status updates to management through weekly reports and live presentations, ensuring transparency on progress, changes, and risks.
- Learn and follow group strategies, processes, and engineering best practices.
- Contribute ideas and improvements as part of a collaborative engineering team.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Optics, or a related field, preferably combined with more than three years of relevant professional experience.
