SW Tech Lead

Requirements

• Strong software design skills (scalable, maintainable, modular systems) Proven experience in Tech Lead roles Proven experience in large, multidisciplinary systems with multiple stakeholders Deep understanding of OOP principles and Operating Systems concepts (threads, synchronization, memory, IPC) Proficiency in C++ or C# Strong hands-on experience working in Linux environments Advantages: Experience working close to hardware Experience with AI tools – Cloude code Background in real-time (RT) systems Strong multithreading and concurrency experience System integration and debugging of complex, cross-component issues Additional qualities (preferred): Strong collaboration and communication skills Ability to drive technical decisions across teams Experience with modern development practices (code reviews, testing, CI/CD) We offer a competitive, family friendly total rewards package.
