Supplier Business Manager - Power Supply and Electronic Components

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business management or equivalent Minimum 10 years of related industry experience in Purchasing or Supply Chain Management or Category / Commodity management Must have experience in low-volume high-mix and VMI/DFT/Pull manufacturing environment is a plus Experience in data analytic and data analysis Experience in contract negotiation, lead complex supplier management Experience in sourcing of most electronics components from passive to active, interconnects, etc Expert in parts pricing, and electronic component supply market knowledge Able to develop and execute sourcing strategies that map to and support overall business strategies.
• Able to develop and manage supplier business reviews and scorecards Able to ensure compliance with company supply chain management best practices, policies, procedures, and external compliance requirements.
• Solid technical, business, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of SAP system Domestic and international travel may be required.
