Requirements

• Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting technical, engineering, manufacturing, or professional talent.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
