Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist (Kaohsiung)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. - 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience. - Experience recruiting technical, engineering, manufacturing, or professional talent. - Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills. - Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. - Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Preferred Qualifications - Experience supporting semiconductor, technology, or multinational organizations. - Knowledge of Taiwan talent market trends and recruiting landscape. - Experience using Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools. - Experience with direct sourcing and passive candidate engagement.
• Success Profile - Independently manages moderate to complex requisitions. - Demonstrates strong sourcing and talent assessment capability. - Builds strong partnerships with hiring managers and HR stakeholders. - Uses talent market insights to influence recruiting strategies. - Balances quality, speed, and candidate experience effectively. - Contributes to recruiting process improvements and talent attraction initiatives. - Operates with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities. - No direct people management responsibility.
