Sr. Project Manager - Capital Construction

Requirements

• Bachelor’s level degree with eight (8) years of experience in capital construction program and project management Deep knowledge and passion about construction and MEP systems and related data/technology tools and systems Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and confirmed ability to effectively represent businesses and drive decisions with senior executives A consistent record to influence and collaborate across groups, and at all levels of an organization Ability to plan at both a strategic and tactical execution level Strong project team management skills, including the ability to allocate resources effectively, define clear deliverables and provide direction Ability to travel within the US (25% travel time or less anticipated) This is a hybrid role (3 days/week onsite) and will be based at our Global HQ in Milpitas, CA Adaptable to work on projects of different size and pace, including work in a live dynamic campus environment Customer focus by responding promptly and appropriately to customer requests and understanding business needs Strong individual accountability and execution Knowledge of conceptual estimating and construction projects, from design development to construction documents, submittals, and permit restrictions Ability to read construction drawings and understand MEP systems Base Pay Range: $121,500.00 - $206,600.00 Annually Primary Location: USA-CA-Milpitas-KLA KLA’s total rewards package for employees may also include participation in performance incentive programs and eligibility for additional benefits including but not limited to: medical, dental, vision, life, and other voluntary benefits, 401(K) including company matching, employee stock purchase program (ESPP), student debt assistance, tuition reimbursement program, development and career growth opportunities and programs, financial planning benefits, wellness benefits including an employee assistance program (EAP), paid time off and paid company holidays, and family care and bonding leave.
