Sr. Learning & Development Program Specialist

Requirements

• Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field. 6–10 years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, HR Programs, or related areas.
• Experience supporting onboarding, performance management, manager development, coaching, or employee development programs.
• Strong facilitation, communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
