Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field 2+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, demand planning, inventory planning, or related role Experience working with data and planning tools (Excel required; ERP or planning systems preferred) Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and execute in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment Process oriented with proven experience turning big data into meaningful analyses that lead to actionable results for supply chain operations Strong data and analytical skills and track record for creating processes to improve business performance Ability to effectively deal with ambiguity, identify gaps, and implement innovative solutions to increase operational efficiency Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable plans Ability to identify key insights and critical thinking to prioritize and focus on highest value opportunities or biggest risks Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Effective communication and presentation skills Should enjoy a challenging and fast paced environment Self-driven, independent, yet a strong team player Creative, innovative, and resourceful with a passion for speed, agility, simplification, and proactive action Base Pay Range: $72,700.00 - $123,600.00 Annually Primary Location: USA-CA-Milpitas-KLA KLA’s total rewards package for employees may also include participation in performance incentive programs and eligibility for additional benefits including but not limited to: medical, dental, vision, life, and other voluntary benefits, 401(K) including company matching, employee stock purchase program (ESPP), student debt assistance, tuition reimbursement program, development and career growth opportunities and programs, financial planning benefits, wellness benefits including an employee assistance program (EAP), paid time off and paid company holidays, and family care and bonding leave.
