SKBU PCB/ICOS Technical Engagement Manager

Requirements

• BS or above degrees in semiconductor related field. 10+ years of experience in semiconductor, advanced packaging, PCB, or related electronics manufacturing industries.
• Strong technical knowledge of inspection, metrology, process control, or semiconductor manufacturing.
• Minimum of process engineering experience in back-end is required. (PCB and ICOS experiences are highly plus) Additional background in Product Marketing is desirable.
• People managing experience is plus.
