Senior Learning and Development Partner

Requirements

• Required Qualifications & Experience ​ Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or a related discipline. 8–10 years of progressive experience in learning, talent development, or performance consulting roles.
• Demonstrated experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, or operations environments ; semiconductor industry experience strongly preferred .
• Proven ability to design and deliver enterprise or regional learning programs in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills; comfortable influencing without formal authority.
• Preferred Qualifications Certifications in industry-leading training, facilitation, or coaching programs (e.g., ATD, CPTD, ICF, or equivalent).
• Experience applying AI-enabled, digital, or scalable learning technologies in practical business settings.
• Prior exposure to APAC or global learning environments.
