Senior Construction Project Manager (f/m/d)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Building Construction, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field Significant, hands-on experience in construction project management Strong understanding of construction, engineering, and architectural principles Consistent track record to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control project costs High level of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and technical documentation Regulatory & Technical Expertise (Germany) Solid experience with German building law and local authority approval processes In-depth knowledge of relevant German regulations and standards, including Bauordnungsrecht, HOAI, VOB, and technical norms such as DIN and VDI Experience working with permitting and approval authorities is crucial Tools & Systems Experience with construction and planning software such as AutoCAD, Revit, P6 Confident user of MS Office Experience with tendering and cost planning tools / AVA software (e.g., RIB iTWO, ORCA AVA) is a strong advantage Additional Skills Experience with Class 100 clean room construction is a plus Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills Excellent organizational skills with the competence to run multiple projects in parallel Strong analytical mentality with the ability to use data and financial analysis to drive decisions Excellent communication and presentation skills, including interaction with senior leaders Languages Proficient in English and German (spoken and written) Health & Safety Understanding of German health and safety construction legislation We offer a competitive, family friendly total rewards package.
